How I handle your data
Last updated September 28, 2026. This notice covers business outreach emails, the brief form on this site and client projects.
Who is responsible
Shlykov Studio is run by Pavel Shlykov, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (Shlykov Pavel Alekseevich IE), 22 Bakhtrioni St, Apt 75, Saburtalo district, Tbilisi, Georgia. I am the controller of the personal data described here. Contact for any privacy question: hello@shlykovstudio.com.
If you received an email from me
Where your address came from. It was published on your company’s own website. I don’t buy lists and don’t use data brokers.
What I keep. The business email address, company name and website, and your name and job title if they were published next to the address.
Why. To send one short business introduction about video ad production relevant to your company, and at most two follow-ups in the same thread.
Legal basis. Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR): I write only to business addresses, about services related to the recipient’s work, in low volume, with an easy way to opt out.
How to stop it. Reply “no” to any email or write to hello@shlykovstudio.com. I stop immediately and don’t contact you again. To make sure of that, I keep only your email address or domain on a do-not-contact list.
How long. Contact details are deleted 12 months after the last email if we don’t start working together; the do-not-contact list is kept for as long as I send emails.
If you send a brief or book a call
The brief form collects your name, email, a link, what you need, your monthly ad spend range and where your ads or videos run. I use them to reply and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and my legitimate interest in answering business inquiries. Inquiries that don’t turn into a project are deleted after 24 months. Calls are booked through Cal.com, which receives the details you enter there.
If you are a client
I process contact and billing details and the materials you share for the project to perform our contract, and keep invoices and related records for as long as tax law requires. Materials you provide are used only for your project and are never reused for other clients.

Some of these providers are based in the United States, and I work from Georgia, so your data may be processed outside the UK and the EU. Where that happens, I rely on the safeguards these providers offer for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Outreach emails are plain text, without open or click tracking. I don’t sell personal data or use it for automated decisions.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time. Write to hello@shlykovstudio.com; I answer within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, the authority in your country, such as the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
